What does Copay do? Copay is a true bitcoin wallet, not an account service. Multiple signatures are possible to secure your personal funds, or just one. – Don’t trust anyone with your savings. Like a joint-checking account, your Copay wallet can have multiple users. The group must approve each transfer before money can be sent. – Manage shared money with friends or coworkers. Share a wallet with your child and introduce them to bitcoin. Copay makes sharing a wallet simple and secure. COPAY APP DOES NOT REQUIRE TEDIOUS ADDRESS MAINTENANCE. Copay securely stores multiple bitcoin wallets. It allows both privacy-conscious and business users to keep their funds separated. You can manage your personal, business and testnet wallets all from the same app. Copay uses hierarchical-deterministic (HD) wallets, allowing for secure in-app wallet generation and backup. SECURE PAYMENT VIRIFICATION Copay is the first bitcoin wallet to support the full Bitcoin Payment Protocol. (BIP 0070 – 0073).
